What this preview does

The marketing website explains our services, products and careers. Choosing Send project brief, Send to studio or Send application sends the displayed details to Lumia. Saving or exporting a draft alone does not send it. The marketing pages have no advertising pixels, analytics or payment flow.

Standalone products open at separate local addresses. Each stores its own accounts, sessions, records and uploads and includes a privacy page describing that product. They do not share an account database or synchronize their records to the marketing website. An earlier local workspace at /apps remains available to its existing owner; the portfolio now links to the independent products.

Information in your brief

Project enquiries include your name, email, project direction, goal and optional tools, budget and timeline. Applications include your name, email, selected role, work or CV link and introduction. Name and email are required when sending so Lumia can reply.

Typing updates the current page. We do not automatically save each change. Choose Save on this device to store the current draft in your browser’s localStorage under the key lumia-project-brief-v1. The Start page reads that saved copy when you return using the same browser profile and site address.

Sending a message or application

When you explicitly send a form, our server validates it and sends an email through Resend to hello@lumiadigital.site. Your email is used as the reply address. Resend and the mailbox provider process the message to deliver and store it. Forms are not sent to Google AI.

An encrypted copy of the submitted payload, a request reference, submission times and delivery status are stored in the website database for recovery and troubleshooting. The local preview uses a database on the computer serving it. A provider confirmation means the email service accepted the message; it does not prove the mailbox has read it.

Contact hello@lumiadigital.site to ask about or request deletion of an enquiry or application. Database copies and mailbox copies are separate. No automatic retention deletion schedule is currently configured; Lumia must manage submitted records and mailbox retention. Clearing a browser draft does not delete a submitted message.

Optional AI website guide

AI chat is for business visitors aged 18 or older. After you choose to start it, your question, recent conversation and public Lumia information are sent through the server to Google Gemini. Google may use unpaid-service inputs and outputs to improve its services, and human reviewers may process them. Do not include personal, sensitive or confidential information. The website does not save ordinary AI conversation text to its database. The conversation remains in the current page session until you reload or leave. If you choose Send to studio, contact details go to the Lumia inbox; conversation text is included only when you check Include this chat.

AI answers are generated and may be incorrect. The assistant cannot book meetings, agree contracts or send messages on its own. Free-tier AI is enabled for the local preview and visitors in India; other visitors can use the studio message form. If quota or provider access is unavailable, the chat reports this and offers the message form.

Saving, clearing and exporting

A saved draft has no expiry timer set by this website. It can remain until you clear it or your browser removes its site data. Browser settings, private browsing and available storage can affect whether a draft is retained. Unsaved changes may be lost when you leave or reload the page.

Choose Clear draft and confirm to empty the current form and remove its saved copy. If storage removal fails, the page tells you; you can remove the site’s data in your browser settings instead. Clearing the draft does not delete files you have downloaded or copies you have shared or submitted to Lumia.

Export brief creates a plain-text download on your device. Lumia does not receive that file automatically. We do not apply a separate password or encryption layer to browser drafts or exported files. Anyone with access to that browser profile or file may be able to read them. Avoid entering credentials, payment information or confidential customer records.

Browser assistants

Where your browser provides a compatible assistant interface, this page exposes tools that can read the current brief or update its visible fields. These tools do not save, export or submit it. An assistant that you use may process the information it reads under its own provider’s terms and privacy policy.

The project brief is not sent to an AI model. The optional AI chat described below is a separate feature. Browser assistants can stage a brief but do not have a tool that submits it.

Page requests and external services

Loading this preview requests pages, scripts, images, models and fonts from its serving address. The current font files are served from the same site; a separate Google Fonts connection is not required by the current page output. The preview server can receive ordinary request information, such as the requested URL and browser headers, to deliver and troubleshoot the page. Do not put private details in page URLs.

LinkedIn and Instagram links open those services when you choose them. Their own privacy policies and account settings govern information handled there. Messages or exported briefs that you choose to share through an external service are separate from the local brief feature.

Questions and future changes

For questions about this website or information you have separately shared with Lumia, contact hello@lumiadigital.site or use the Lumia Digital LinkedIn page linked in the footer. Describe the issue without sending passwords or identity documents. Lumia cannot remotely retrieve or clear a draft that exists only in your browser.

This notice describes the implemented local software and does not claim legal certification. Review and update the privacy notice, retention arrangements and processor terms before enabling public hosting, live customer data collection or additional integrations.

Operational safeguards

Submission endpoints use request-origin checks, bounded input, duplicate-request references and rate limits. Rate-limit identifiers use a keyed hash of the request address; the raw address is not stored in the application rate-limit table. Ordinary infrastructure request logs may still contain network metadata.
