Cookies and device storage

What is in use

The marketing pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies and do not include marketing pixels or embedded social feeds. There are no optional tracking categories to accept in this local preview.

The project brief uses localStorage, a browser storage feature, when you explicitly choose Save on this device. Local storage is different from a cookie: the stored brief is not automatically attached to each page request.

Separate product workspaces

Each standalone product sets its own HttpOnly session cookie when you sign in. These cookies identify a session for that individual product and expire after eight hours. The products have their own local addresses and storage. Stockroom also stores pending inventory operations in browser IndexedDB so an already loaded workspace can queue work while offline. Read the application’s privacy page before using a shared device.

The earlier local /apps workspace has its own authentication and data. Its existing records are preserved; the new portfolio does not merge those records into the standalone applications.

The saved project brief

Storage name: lumia-project-brief-v1. Purpose: restore a draft you chose to keep. Contents: service, goal, current tools, budget, timing, and any optional name or email you entered. Location: the browser profile and site address where you saved it.

The site sets no automatic expiry. Opening the brief can restore a saved copy, but editing a field does not update that stored copy until you save again. Storage controls in your browser can prevent saving or remove the copy earlier.

Your controls

You can use the brief without saving it. If storage is blocked, the page offers export as an alternative. Clearing the brief does not affect a file you previously downloaded.

• Save on this device stores the current version only when you select it.
• Clear draft asks for confirmation before removing the current form and its saved browser copy.
• If the page reports that deletion failed, use your browser’s site-data settings to remove the saved copy.
• Export brief creates a plain-text file that you can keep, delete or share yourself. Nothing is submitted automatically.

Fonts, links and changes

The current preview serves its font files from the same site address. Clicking LinkedIn or Instagram takes you to an external provider whose own cookies and privacy settings apply. Browser extensions, browser assistants and development tools may have their own storage and network behavior outside this website feature.
