The Challenge
Generating technical documentation for highly complex scientific codebases (like AlphaFold3) is exceptionally difficult. Traditional documentation often lacks context, interactive code exploration, and conversational assistance.
The Solution
We built Codeviki, an immersive three-pane documentation explorer that dynamically aligns narratives with source code visually. Using advanced LLM orchestration, it generates contextual deep-dives and allows developers to converse with the codebase directly.
